Through years of experience working with all levels and ages of athletes, I've developed the communication and principles necessary to make swimming approachable and easier to all. Patience is key. Your swimming will improve through repetition and dedication.
I offer one-on-one sessions in both the pool and open water, comprised of video stroke analysis, uniquely-tailored swim drills and detailed feedback/reiteration of the finer points. Once the swimmer has developed some key fundamentals with their stroke, these skills are then applied to speed work and/or the open water to produce unparalleled results.

Technique and tactics/skills can take you a long way, and generally the missing piece of this formula is a swim program that produces proper fitness for your goals.
I will craft an individualized monthly plan for you, with a weekly check-in to gain insight/feedback from you and customize your plan accordingly.
Through your training, you will obtain new thresholds and a better sense of fluency and rhythm in the water, translating to faster swimming!

I offer one-on-one video analysis sessions in-person, as well as remotely with any athlete around the world.
The simplicity of sending a video of yourself swimming and receiving feedback on your stroke mechanics provides the same value as having a coach on deck with you each swim.
The analysis you will receive includes detailed feedback on your mechanics, drills/focuses to address your specific needs and how to integrate these into your current training program.
